just for an FYI, This is the email I sent to beatymandog back on 10/27/2010:

I just spoke with Customer Service over at Bet Jamaica and they said they did credit your account with 25% of the winnings back on Oct 18th.
They also just informed me now that they credited your account for the entire amount. Please remember that before you can cash out you must roll the free play over 6 times.
Please let me know if you have any other issues.
Also I would suggest going into the Covers Forum and correcting your previous statements. All you had to do was ask for some help and we could have cleared this up without any issues.
