No winner email for 9 in a row now 10

Question

The site says they will contact you the next day when you have 9 in a row.   I have contacted them all different ways. No response.  No emails none in junk or spam.  Also no response.   The chat icon does not work either.    Anyone else have trouble.

I&#x27;m still waiting for mine since last July. You sweat your ass off getting to W#9....and get nothing. Then they ignore your emails. All for a $20 gift card. BS
