JeffTheHat,banned tout, scam artist, and perpertrator of 62 aliases is once again posting in the systems&strategies forum as BellagioRunner, same IP# same M.O. exact wording, and phrases, check it out.

The IP address that we have on file for the user name you mention above does not match that of any other Covers accounts, including JeffTheHat and his aliases. We will keep an eye on things, but for now, there isn't much that we can do - if you see any solid proof, please let us know.

Why was Bellagio banned if his IP adress is not the same as JTH?

just because SportNetwork had an "educated" guess? 

JTH is now selling his picks. Why would he be coming on here to not only post plays, but also give the system parameters? 

He came in here with the intent of helping other make money. He posted the rules for his system and was respectful. Covers, you owe Bellagio an apology.

After further investigation, it was an alias account and the ban will remain.

an apology my azz, after further investigation indicated, the IP# wascross checked to an alias account in Costa Rica, the same as JTH employed when he got banned, your clueless to Covers IT procedures, so before you start talking shitt, get your facts, and the technology that Covers employs intact, everything else is nothing more than your opinionated 'whim' btw the 62 aliases where created over a four year time span, which has already been proven beyond doubt, I am not going to debate this clown performance, if you and a  minority of others want to be part of JTH's circus act, that's your perogative; if you think Covers  goes around banning screen names with no justification, based solely on an educated guess, then your insane, that simply opened the door to reality, and a "check it out" now go outside and play, your friends/screen-names are waiting for you, or better yet, go chase some touts and be productive. case closed

It was posted by -CT in JTH thread* when he got banned, as to an explanation to why? followed by four additional aliases leading up to BellagioRunner...I hope this cures your curiosity, if not, I recommend  for whatever reason, you direct your questions to -CT not me, I have nothing further in response, nor the time, as previously stated....case closed

*If I recall, I read the post in the thread in which he would not reveal his 'secret' chase system, but posted the plays. you yourself posted commentary in the same thread..so; "thats how I know it came from CR" actually, -CT did everyone a service by banning BR  the mods should be awarded for an investigation well done.
