There is a user in my office pool that is having an issue logging into his account. Here is his story
“I entered the wrong email address when I started. I miskeyed and put IN instead of ON in my last name. Tried to correct it and thought it was fixed. It went to update it and change my which I did and it sends me the email but will not accept password. It may have saved the wrong password or wrong email address.”
