I don't think the data in the Consensus - Community Leaders - League section of the site is processing correctly for the NBA and NCAAB.
First, I don't think the RSI is being calculated correctly. I think if you take a quick look at the RSI pages you will see it. Some users with high win percentages have an RSI of 0.00. I can understand how that may happen in moneyline sports such as MLB and NHL, but it should not happen in ATS sports.
Second, Users who show up when you sort for RSI do not show up when you sort for win percentage. For example, in the NBA section if you sort by ATS and then by RSI you will see that user "hradekbr" has the top RSI of 5.41. This User also has a win percentage of 70.83%. If you then sort by ATS and then by win percentage, this User is not listed. If this User has a win percentage of 70.83% when you sort by ATS, the same user should appear when you sort by win percentage.
I don't think the data is carrying over between the different searchable fields. This is just one example. I believe similar issues are occurring in the NCAAB data.
Can you take a look and let me know what you think?
Thanks.

I want to add that the community leaders picks seem to be the opposite of overall and 10%. I'm new here and maybe this is coincidence but it's throwing me off. For two examples in NBA the Celtics have 66% overall, 63 top 10, 47 community leaders. Warriors are 64/62/42.
