Constantly logged out

I guess this site doesn’t have customer service because I’ve sent numerous emails to what’s supposed to be customer service. In the past couple months I started having an issue with being logged out despite clicking “remember me” when i log in, when I return to the site it has me logged out again. Very frustrating.

Hello Ravensfan2k3,

I will let our IT team know of the issue you are having with staying logged in. Once I hear from them I will let you know on the plan for a fix.

Hey Ravensfan2k3,

I was told this has been fixed and should not have to sign back in on the same device for 30 days when selecting the remember me button.

If you are still being logged out after every visit, please let me know.
