How do we make picks in Office Pools now?

Hey Covers,

What's going on today?? the site has changed once again & now we can't make any picks in any of the "office pools" there's no button to make any picks in any of the pools offered?

Can someone please look into this

Doesn't seem to be an issue with making a pick in the contests or office pools, but we are looking into the inbox showing 99 messages.

Here's one of my pools...there's no "make picks" for it

The pool doesn't end til June 24th & it's missing the make picks button..It's happening in a bunch of my NHL also



Both of these have no "make picks" button also

Hello Green,

The make pick option is there under NBA in your contests, it appears the description is pushing the "Make Picks" button down too far for the page to keep. Will look into this for you, you should still be able to make selections by going to "My Contests" and selecting the NBA tab and finding the contest in that list.

We can't make any picks in any of these pools..it's a big problem..can this be fixed? nobody can make any picks...everyone in these pools are now stuck...it's all these pools below that are having the problems..I'm using a desktop & I tried the app & it's the same on both..

these are the pools that need to be fixed please

Hello Green,

You can still make the selections by going to - https://contests.covers.com/mycontests

Scroll down, you can see the list of contests you are currently in for MLB/NBA/NHL each have their own list. Within this list beside the contest you wish to make a selection in you can select "Make Picks" This will take you directly to the make a pick page for that contest.

We are looking into the issue of why the "Make Picks" button is not showing on the contest home page for some contests.

No problem, hopefully we can have that resolved shortly, at least this is a work around in the meantime.

Hey Green,

After looking into this, it does not appear that button was ever there for private contests. That being said, we feel it should be showing the same as the public office pools, where once you join you should have that "Make Picks" link in the same location as well.

We are working on getting that added in, not 100% sure on a time frame for this but should be fairly soon.

Everything Greenie is saying is true. I’ve had to go to “My Contrsts” to view pending or make pucks in my contests because the buttons have disappeared.

Now, I can’t even pull up pendings using THAT method. None of my teams or their scores are showing. Nothing. This is incredible, particularly the fact you don’t seem to know it’s going on. The buttons have disappeared on all my contests fir making picks and “my profile.” Gone.

The buttons are still missing this morning. The “overall standings”, “weekly standings”, “forum”, “make picks” and “my profile” are no longer available in any of my office pools. Thanks.

You can still access the Forum in your Office Pools at the top right hand corner of the pool under "view the discussion"..click View Forum & you can access that way as of now...

As for the other things you've mentioned Nobrainer I agree they're all missing..

Hey guys,

Could you please provide a screen shot of these buttons you say are missing, the private pools should never of had a "Make Picks" button on the contest home page. As well the "Join The Discussion" is still there in all the contests, Overall Standings and Weekly leaders are showing for both public and private. You are able to select any user in the contest through the overall and weekly leader boards to view profiles for that specific contest.

We are still looking to get the "Make Pick" button added to the home page of the contest for private contests.

Please send the screen shots to support@coversmedia.com and we will look into them ASAP.

Hey Guys,

An update on the "Make Pick" button and "Join Contest" button for Private and Public, we found an error with these and are working on a fix, hopefully to be corrected shortly. The other issues you are referring to for the forum, overall and weekly leader boards, those still seem to be showing within the contest correctly. If there is an issue please still send a screen shot for these and we can take a look ASAP.
