Inbox capacity

Hi CT-

My inbox for messages here at covers is almost full (95%).

Is there a way for you to increase my capacity?  I would prefer that to deleting messages as I use them for reference for time to time - and a lot of people message with me back and forth.

Hi there,

Thanks for your note. Are you hoping to save all inbox messages, as well as sent messages? If you are willing to delete messages in your sent folder, this could free up some space. If not, please let us know and we will see if increasing the capacity is an option.

Hi again,

Just as a follow up, this is unfortunately not possible - we would have to increase the inbox capacity for every Covers user, and this is just not a feasible option. Sorry about that!
