Need covers help

So any thread I post in I end up getting a email for every single comment in that thread.  How do I get rid of this? I do not want 300 emails from covers every day.

Hello JackSmack,&#xA;You would have to go to your profile page within the forums - https://www.covers.com/forum/profile/jacksmack-268259#subscriptionTab&#xA;Either deselect the "A user posts in a subscribed thread" under the Notifications Center, or unsubscribe from the threads made by you.&#xA;Regards,
