On January 7th we conducted a database update which resulted in an error that erased Private Messaging data for all user's friends lists.
We were successful in recovering all Friends List data, EXCEPT for any changes made between December 3, 2019, to January 14, 2021.
This means we can restore all users’ Friends Lists to reflect what would have been before December 3, 2019, but any users added or removed from your list between December 3, 2019, and January 14, 2021, will have to be added back or removed manually.
We have diagnosed the error and are working to ensure this never happens again. We apologize for interrupting the promised experience that we wish to uphold for all Covers products.
In our efforts to deliver the best community and betting tools in the industry we would like to highlight some of our current and upcoming plans:
- NO MORE ADS! As of yesterday we have completely eliminated display ads on every section of Covers with the elimination of ads in the Covers Forum!
- Free-for-all forum contests for every big sporting event! If you weren't able to enter in our Masters or Super Bowl forum contest be sure to play our March Madness forum contest for sweet prizes!
