Question about "following" someone

Many of the handicappers in the forums post plays all day long in the same thread ... Example is XYZ starts a thread at 10:30 am with a pick ( and I get an email notification), 30 minutes later he posts another pick in the same thread, I get nothing. Is there a way to set this up where I will be notified when XYZ posts more plays in the same thread ??? If I check " a user post in a subscribed thread"  when someone post "nice pick XYZ" I get a notification of that post, which I don't really care to get, how can I remedy this problem ???

Reading back over my question. I may be getting something when XYZ posts in his own thread but I get so many emails I can't find it. I guess what I'm asking is there a way to get notified when XYZ posts anything ... I just want to follow XYZ and get something when he posts anything.

If you go to your profile page, on the right hand side you will see a email notification preference center. There you can control when you get sent an email notification for the following situations:

1) When user follows you 2) When a user posts in a thread you are subscribed to and 3) When a user you are following creates a thread.

You cannot specify receiving a notification when only a particular user posts in a thread you are subscribed to.

When a user you are following posts anything would be a good option also ....
