UFC Fight Night: Championship Pick'em. February 11

It has been over a month and a winner has not been announced yet. The 1st bout (Jim Crute vs Alonzo Menifield) shows "REFUNDED", which I have no idea what that means. I had every bout correct along with the tie breaker and have not heard anything. I have sent a number of emails and left a couple of phone message and still have not heard back from Covers. All I am asking for is an explanation as to what is going on or what refunded means. Even though the fight ended in a draw there still should be a winner declared in the Covers game. I just need an explanation as to why a winner has not been declared and a prize not issued. Thanks.

We have reached out to our contest rep for this specific contest and are waiting on a definitive answer.

Their initial thoughts were "Technically speaking he picked a fighter who did not win their match, but I'm going to make sure we're following the contest rules on "refunded" picks, it is possible that since he wasn't "wrong" either that he will be counted as a winner."

Once we hear back from them on the decision we will let you know.

 It has been over 6 weeks since the event took place and a week since you said you would send this inquiry to the contest rep. It is not that difficult to come up with an answer. The match decision was turned over and called a draw. Since that was not a choice in the contest both sides took a loss, so it should not have bearing on the contest outcome. Someone at Covers should be able to make a decision and declare a winner. I really would appreciate a decision and answer. Thanks.

We received this from them yesterday as a response to this:

"While according to the hard and fast rules we could technically rule this not a perfect slate due to the draw, we've decided that we would like to make this a winner, since they got all the rest of their picks correct and won the tie-breaker. 

We put them into the winner's funnel and will fulfill their prize with the next batch of merch."

I am not 100% sure on when their next batch of merch will be going out, but when it does you should receive the prize for this contest.

They let us know that this was sent out to you, I think it's just going to be easier if you are able to message into Support@coversmedia.com with your hoodie size and mailing address. Once I get that I can send it off to them and we should be all set.

 It has been 6 weeks since you stated that you sent you sent this request to the contest rep and that the prize(sweatshirt) should arrive in 3 to 5 weeks. I have neither heard or received anything at this point The request is #295392. I am curious as to how the process is going. You stated if I had not received the sweatshirt in 3 to 5 weeks to contact you. Hopefully we can resolve the problem soon. Thanks.

It has been 2 weeks since you told me the problem was resolved and still  I have received nothing. I can wait a few more days, but now I have another problem and no one has tried to help.  I have been unable to play the FREE DAILY CONTESTS for 2 days. I have signed in and out a few times, I have rebooted my computer a few times, and still I am unable to play the games. Is there a problem with the website or is there something else I can do. Please help me ASAP. Thanks.
