Hello Venezolanisimo,

Yes this contest is available to users anywhere in the world, cash prizes are paid out via PayPal, so you would just need access to PayPal. For physical prizes we would be unable to ship these to users outside of North America, but we would compensate with equal value Amazon gift cards.
