Ultimate Race fall 22

Question

I am tied for the lead in the Ultimate Race with both of us 1 win away. My opponent already has games pending for tomorrow, but the site does not have the games available to pick yet.  How can this be?    The second tie breaker is as follows:  As the second tie breaker, if users remain tied, the earliest pick time that each of the contestants entered with their last winning pick will be used to determine the leader. This will be determined by a time stamp recorded when each pick is submitted.  His games are already time stamped and I cannot even pick games.  This is messed up.

Hello,&#xA;The games would have been available for a short period before being taken off the board from the books or an issue with our feed. If the user was able to make selections prior to this, it would remain as is.&#xA;Regards,

There might be another possibility. I have found that if the picks are unavailable to me after midnight that sometimes I had to close my browser completely before I could make picks. Or if I waited another 10 min or so I could make them.
