I understand what you're saying about kickers. But defenses are kind of a big deal. Defenses are going to get your team more points than most of your bench players. Once you pick your starters...the rest of the draft is trying to find depth and sleepers.
As for the guys being drafted who aren't in the league...well I can't tell you what the deal with Jamoaks is. He drafted Nathan in baseball last year (Tommy John) and Wainwright this year (Tommy John). He has a habbit with that. And as for Moss...that was clearly a joke.
We all know that the draft is just a casualty. You know there will be starting calibur players on the waiver wire throughout the season. There's always a hot pickup after every week.

McNabb was a value type pick. I was going to draft Cutler but, I believe, they either had the same bye week he was taken before I could get him. I only drafted McNabb to use him when Rivers has a bye week in week 6 (kinda right off the bat). And if McNabb can do ANYTHING...he'd be good trade bait. Obviously Rivers starts every week.
As for the Pats...I think they have huge upside this year. And facing the Dolphins and Bills twice a year is a plus. And I took the Cowboysas a value pick also. If Ryan can whip them into shape...then they could be worth keeping. And if both defenses are good...I like playing matchups like I would do with pitchers in baseball.
And if you saw our RB options...you'd KNOW that there is NOBODY available. Not even a worthy flier.

these fucktards don't realize it was a 14 team league...much different than a 12 team even with just two teams involved...

Everyone and i mean EVERYONE has their own opinion to how to draft and run their own team. Not one person is correct and if you are i expect you to win the league every single year. If a guy drafts a defense in the top 5 rounds he clearly likes the strategy of having a top defense and hoping on 10+ points a week from that team.

I don't see any value in the RBs on the market to make "depth".
Darren Sproles? Jerome Harrison? Jason Snelling? Toby Gerhart? Donald Brown?
None

Exactly how this league was setup to begin with. 16 teams 4 divisions. Had a couple clowns back out on me last minute and had to cut it to 14. People who knew they were not going to be in and instead of giving me a heads up decided to wait until day before draft before saying something. Gotta love it.

Actually...I am correct and I will win the regular season AND Playoff with EASE.
