i have one all set up boys. i sent you friends invites so just accept those and send me a message that you got it. ill have all the info sent to you ASAP. $100. heres the list of players in. was going to have it be a 12 man league but it we can do a couple more i have no problem with it at all. if everyone wants 12 teams than it will be the 1st 12 to send their money. once you sign up into the league on yahoo all the info you could possibly need is in the commish note. if anyone else happens to see this just let me know and we will work something out

Whats up guys. Frist off just letting you know my name is Kyle. I wanted to lay out the ground rules, and pay-outs for this league. To start, I would like to thank you for joining this league. I plan to have 12 teams. The prize payout should look like the following: $100 (entry fee) x 12 teams = $1200. The pay-outs will be as follows, the first place team in the regular season gets $400, the league runner up (playoffs)$200 and the league champion gets $600. Please feel free to post any changes you might like to see as far as pay-outs go. IF two teams tie for a prize, either with records at the end of the regular season, or with a tied result in the championship match up, the prize WILL be split between those two teams. Yahoo’s tiebreaker system for the playoffs and the regular season does NOT decide who will get the money, ONLY as to who will get which seed in the play-offs or who will advance. The ground rules are as follows, 1) I welcome trash talk, as long as it is not offending anyone personally. Messages that harass, abuse or threaten other members; have obscene content; may be removed and may result in disqualification from the prize and/or being locked from posting. 2) I encourage trading because I feel it helps two teams to solve their weaknesses and make them into strengths. Time for a trade to process is one to two days (I will accept on the spot if trade is very fair so teams dont have to wait for it to go through and can have the players for the upcoming week). If a league member does not agree with a certain trade, they should feel free to veto and bring up their opinion on the message board. If a team is not doing well and they try to trade their best players to a team in contention of getting a prize, and the worse team is getting "ripped off" (and it is apparent), both teams will risk being locked and/or disqualified from getting the prize (this mostly applies towards the mid/end of the season closer to the trading deadline). 3) The commissioner has the discretion to veto a trade if he feels that it is one-sided, and can do so without the leagues’ consent if need be. The commissioner also reserves the right to decide on any punishments (based on those teams who are violating the terms of this commissioner's note) if needed. 4) During the season, I may ask the league a few times, if you could give me feedback on how I am doing my job as commissioner. I always try to find ways to improve how I can make this league a fun and fair environment, and also try to make myself a better commish. Although feedback is not mandatory, it is highly appreciated. 6) For payments info you will have to join the league because money is not supposed to be talked about on covers forum. The deadline to receive payment is Sunday August 16th, 2009. If I do not receive payment by that date, your team WILL be deleted and there are NO EXCEPTIONS. There are people who i have to fill spots if needed. There are no refunds on entry fees, due to the fact that I put the money in a special account where it is held during the fantasy season. Prizes are sent out at the conclusion of the fantasy postseason.7) By sending payment you are accepting the terms listed in this commissioner's note.
