I think I could go either way.... S Smith is past his bye week so barring injury he will be in your lineup every week. Driver is a very steady #2 or #3 WR. First year in a long time that he has not been on one of my rosters. I think you can piece it together with Knox /Bruce or whoever ...
But it will help stabilize your RB situation D. Ward has proven he will be worthless. With MJD and Slaton/Hightower/ TJones backfield < play matchups here.
The other side of the coin is you have your WR's set...why break it apart? Certainly you have some serviceable backs Hightower/Slaton/ T Jones that can piece you together some wins.
The point is if I am winning I probably stay put, if I am losing in the league and feel like I need a spark I make the deal.
If you make the deal...You can't look back (might be good...might be bad...may benefit both) I think the trade is fair. #2 RB currently in a PPR league for a #4 WR currenlty in a PPR league.

You may end up keeping S. Smith. I love having this guy on my teams, I know Carolina is struggling right now, but this guy always seems to finish in the top 5 WR's every year. He is 30 .. Moss is 32 so you gain 2 years with him.
Let the season sort itself out before you worry about next season's keepers. Injuries happen weekly.
