It's right near the average of the teams average points and points for home/away
There is no logical explanation for this line to be what it is nor is there a reason why GMason shouldn't cover.
George Mason is a top team in the CAA while Northeastern is a bottom feeder. I don't give a fuck that they're home because Mason has a better record on the road than NE has at home.

when u see a line that looks like that it should raise a Red Flag sparky, either a no-play or u ride Northeastern oddsmakers arent stupid, yes they make mistakes but sometimes lines dont make sense and make you look at a matchup and question what your seeing. a line tells you so much about a game.. look at clippers line tonight, 9 seems to high and so far its attracking more action on the dog but its holding steady instead of going down.. clipps should win and cover imo

I know that. But I remember ManRam saying that lines don't mean anything yet I've seen him make plays that confused the hell out of me, like UConn the other day over Marquette. I'm just trying to get into his head. Why on earth would anyone take UConn -2 over Marquette no matter where they were playing unless it was because "the line was fishy".

^ i took Uconn based soley off the line alone and nothing else.. i was wrong but its a situation that i play on a regular basis where ranked teams are on the road getting points from a lower tier team thats unranked.. i cant answer why manram took uconn but my guess is he liked the spot they where in being at home.
i need to add a C in Hoops if anyone wants to send offers..

George mason? If it were only that easy. Big reason why I don't play bullshit schools unless they have some serious talent like Wichita state. Trust me if you are a big school you DO NOT want to mess with these guys on the first weekend. Long beach had a TON of talent ass well inside and out.

Not the point. There was no way in HELL George Mason should have been anything less than a 6 point favorite to shitty ass Northeastern. And because it was only 3.5 and raised that "red flag" it was close from start to finish and they lost.
I hate reading into lines and shit but I know when to lay off a play that looks beyond fishy.

Love Long Beach State, though. Casper Ware and Anderson are a sick combo. Love San Diego State and New Mexico as well.
And I never understand Michigan State. Izzo is something else. Every year I think they're going to take a step back and they just keep doing their thing. It really amazes me.
