sparky, get urself some Protein bars that are low-calorie for when u get hungry.. nothing wrong with eating when ur hungry but eat something healthy or fruit..
i eat Wheaties Protein/Energy bars and Snickers has an erergy bar thats Multi-Grain and low calorie but 10G Protein..
i also eat these Salmon fillets for lunch, their awesome.. their made by Bumble Bee and their called PINK SALMON steak

^ they'r fully cooked and u microwave then for like 45 secs... but your right about eating until your full, i would always eat and eat and eat until i couldnt move or felt like my stomach was gonna explode, if u eat small portions like 5-6 times a day with 2 or 3 of them portions being a Bar+Shake or fruit/Yogurt you'll lose weight faster.. more intake the more your body will burn it off as long as its healthy food spaced out every 2-3 hours. i just ordered that RACK, i keep seeing the commercials and that link u posted about Marlyn Byrd had it on there again so i ordered it tonight for $137 bucks for everything..
i'll let u know how it is when i get it...

and theres no caffeine in 5 hr energy, B vitamins/nutrients but i rather drink the emergenC, did u sign up for free samples sparky? any local drugstore has the super orange for $20 a box (i think theres like 30 something packets in each box though)

what does the emnergenC actually do. I'm thinking of taking Oxy Elite Pro to help shed weight. I lift 5 times a week and keep gaining weight rather than losing it. Yes I do cardio every time I am in there as well

I'll go buy me a box later on and keep tabs on the salmon. I eat 2 meals a day and maybe a snack. 100 calorie popcorn has been really good to me or pretzels. All works for me. But a nice change would be nice. The last thing I need is to get sick of this food.

psm: its just an energy drink with 24 vitamins and nutrients in it + its an immune booster. i drink them cause u mix it with water n theres no caffeine like some of the other energy drinks.
ur prob gaining weight cause ur lifting to much, muscle weighs more then fat and if ur doing 5 days a week thats alot.. try 3 days a wk lifting and do 1 or 2 all cardio. or do less weigh more reps to get ripped up n cut rather then adding size. i do chest/tri's one day, shoulders/biceps another n then legs/back on the 3rd alot of people over lift, i do less weight more reps n do 4 sets of each, 15,10,10 then 8 and im done.

^ u never know, storen was supposed to be ready for Opening Day but now he's starting the season on the DL. If he runs into any complications or re-injurs it then lidge might get SV duty for a little bit.. no big deal though, if he can help me until i make a trade for a closer then thats a plus..
