Anyone wish to enter a discussion? I play in a heads up 10 man league. We go by adding up the points, similar to fantasy football.
Eric Bledsoe went down today - wonder who will pick up the slack. PJ Tucker is available on my wire. Over his last 5 games, averaging 26 mins, he's an 8pts/5rbs/1 steal kind of guy. Even if he is asked to play another 5 mins per game, I think his book is written and you really shouldn't expect much. If you had bit on Gerald Green, CONGRATS! If he's still on you waiver then WHAT ARE YOU READING THIS RIGHT NOW> GO GET HIM. Archie Goodwin is a guy to watch.
Shaw Marion - He has a shoulder contusion. I cant seem to get any more reliable info on him. I cut him to pick up Ray Felton tonight (35 fantasy points!!!!!), and need to place a waiver claim back on, but don't really understand the injury. He could be out a month. It does not sound like something that you could play through, but again IM ignorant to what the injury really is.
AM open to any dialogue to the subject of fantasy basketball if anyone wants to talk chit.

FCUK MARC GASOL!!!!
Im up against him this week and I have Nikola Vucevic out. So this makes things more difficult. Last night I wasted an acquisition on Jason Thompson. What a bum. Got Jeremy Lin since he plays a back to back and gives me a plug in on Saturday that I need. Dropped Shawn Marion and my adversary scooped him up so that kind of sucks. Jared Sullinger became available and I find him to be an intriguing prospect.

Decided that Paul Pierce was worth a pick up but decided to cook a meal instead. 5 minutes later, he's gone!
Now, he has got an uptick of 5 minutes a game above his NOV and DEC averages, so his recent production is reflected by that. And consider that he's been shooting poorly and as the law of averages suggest, he will improve, there is a top 75 player available on many waiver wires!!!
Have the matchup wrapped up going into Saturday so started to think ahead. Enes Kanter is a guy worth targeting but his history thus far suggests inconsistency. I also don't like that he doesn't do much on defense including block shots, When the season began he was awarded 30 minutes a game and barely produced, currently at about 22 minutes and he's projecting to improve on his slump. Still, I would seek other alternatives or hot hands.

In my league im currently 5-7, looking desperate on the outside, but also looking in.
The final 3 playoff spots are all records of 6-6 and I have more points. So facing this dilemma, do I drop Nikola Vucevic here and hope the replacement points help me win this matchup. Because at this pace I can't afford a loss and what's the point of hanging onto 0 points. Or is this history reapeating itself, Ive already dropped Thad Young and Anderson Vareajoe and obviously am kicking myself. Nik Vuc is among the best in the business and I would hate to give someone who is willing to be patient, another weapon.
What do you do here. Its Monday night and I have a chance here.
