Fantasy Football Help

I know there is a fantasy sports forum but I felt I would get a better response here. I am in 3 leagues and struggling in all of them, I am a notoriously slow starter in fantasy but this is just looking rough. I need some advice on who to start, I'm lacking time in between work, 3 leagues, capping, and countless office pools. If someone is to help me out on a weekly basis and I win any leagues or all leagues I will send them a tip and I am a man of my word. I'm going to post my teams and point breakdowns so I can get some help on who to start this week!

Player Pool:Positions:Transactions:Schedule:Scoring:
 AFC and NFC Players.
 QB, RB, WR, TE, RB-WR-TE, K and DST.

Lineup deadline is 5 minutes before gametime for each player.
Owners may set lineups.
Transactions will lock five minutes before the first game on Sunday. Players whose teams play before Sunday will be locked for the remainder of the scoring period.
Add/drops are handled by a waivers process.
The waivers process runs on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Dropped players remain on waivers for at least 1 day(s).
Owners may do trades.
No trades can be made after the trade deadline of 11:59 pm et 11/17/09.

Owners may make trades during the offseason.
 Playoffs start in Week 14 and last for 3 Weeks.
 Head-to-Head, Points Based System.
Scoring based on total stats each period.
Ties in the standings are resolved in this order: Winning Percentage, Total Points.

FG - Field Goals3 points
Plus 1 point for a FG of 40 to 49 Yds
Plus 2 points for a FG of 50+ Yds
FL - Fumble Lost, Including ST plays-2 points
Pa2P - Passing Two-point Conversion2 points
PaInt - Passing Interception-2 points
PaTD - Passing TD6 points
PaYd - Passing Yards0+ PaYds = .04 points for every 1 PaYd
Plus a 2 point bonus @ 300+ PaYd
Plus a 1 point bonus @ 350+ PaYd
Plus a 1 point bonus @ 400+ PaYd

In the process of dropping Murphy and picking up Pierre Garcon, the league is deep not a lot of FA's

We usually have a weekly thread where people can ask questions and give input on other teams rosters...

Did not know, will check it out but this is kind of like an offer for an assistant GM anyone whose willing to help me on a weekly basis can get rewarded with a tip for winning any cash which should be at least $50-$100 or greater!

Has Mario Manningham already been claimed?... I think he is going to be the hot waiver wire pick up this week.
 
Garcon only got one catch...Noty sure i would even worry about looking at adding him.
 
Take a look at Knox (Chi) and Simms-walker(Jax)  both got quite a few receptions this past week.
