These guys with ACL's or whatever can only return at their own pace. Since Charles was done so early in the season, he's likely to have the best chance of being ready for season start. Just have to wait and see how he progresses over the next 2 months, then figure his value with Hillis as a running mate.
On the other hand, I really doubt Mendenhahl will be available through the season's first half.
AP is recovering nicely but hard to say that he returns for opener since his injury occured in Dec.

Tom Brady will be the number one player in the league.
Julio Jones breakout season. #2 WR
Ryan Matthews overrated. McClain/Ronnie brown TD vultures
Cam Newton regeression. Less rush tds. Tolbert.
Shonn greene= wasted pick
Gronkowdki stud again
dont even draft Peterson or Charles. they will go too high. their style isnt effective on bum knees.
David Wilson good mid round sleeper. Bradshaws feet still not good.

Someone mentioned. D.Murray. I am very high on him this year. If he slips to 3rd/4th round, that would be a steal. He will produce, if healthy.
I rate AP>Charles. Both have capable backups. White guys in the form of RB's mind you, which is an NFL rarity. Gerhart is capable and Hillis is reunited with an old coach who will be calling plays. I would not expect stud numbers from AP, but AP at 80% is still better than 2/3 of all RB's. Proceed with caution and if he slips to you at the right spot. Roll the dice.
I am really high on Demaryius Thomas. P.Manning is throwing him the ball and DT is quite the physical specimen. I think that next time this year, he will be among the elite. Take a flyer on this guy.
Debating still whether he is draftable, but Randy Moss should be on everyones radar. He has been durable in his career and he has stayed in shape during his year off. The question will be whether Alex Smith can deliver him the ball. The team is stacked with weapons this year. Blossoming Mike Crabtree, dangerous V.Davis and Manningham and rookie Jenkins all will get pieces of the pie. Either way you look at it, I think Randy sees atleast 100-120 targets come his way.
I remain optimistic in regards to Ryan Mathews. He should be up for a big season.
Arian Foster is the top rated player on my board.
