Really Lou? You bench Colvin AGAIN? I want this guy on my team but if Lou's the manager...he won't get any playing time.

Now...if my plan to pick up every pitcher available backfires...I'll be pissed.

When I checked before...Colvin was starting. Me seeing ^ next to his name stopped me from playing Span.

This really hurt getting rid of Magglio by the way. Just thought I'd let you know.

I totally underappreciated him while I had him.

sparky:    i want ordonez and u want leake/cargo so thats done, but im not so sure if i want manny now, here's my thoughts...... it would be like im trading MARCUM for MANNY and i already have 6 OF guys that all have the same #'s as MANNY except rajai davis but he only plays when i need SB's or someone sits out a game...   marcum is to good of a player to me, (gives me K's, ERA/WHIP) to trade for a guy who is just like my other OF guys, i can get the same production from guilen, rasmus, dunn, gomes, DeJesus and cruz so why would i sit 1 of them for Manny..  

sry but i'll do leake/cargo for ordonez if you want, im not gonna take manny now...   sorry but its kinda pointless to take him on and sit a player i can get the exact same stats from, you know what im sayin...

 

magglio is the same player as cargo sparky,  cargo has more HR's, same RBI's, more Runs and more stolen bases so its an even swap with me giving you Leake ..  leake makes up for the slight difference in batting avg u lose, cargo hits .300 while Mag hits .324    not a big difference..  stop acting like your giving me him for a bag of peanuts or something..  

cargo/leake for ordonez,  if not then keep him...

i already cant decide who to start between DeJesus, gomes, davis and guillen so taking on manny would just add to my difficulties of picking a starter/utility guy.. i hate sitting guys on my BN then they do well,   taking on ordonez will be easy cause he fills cargo's place in the OF along side rasmus and dunn then i have to pick 2 outta 5 OF's to fill my UTILITY positions, its tough somedays..  i sat guillen for DeJesus today and guillen has more stats          im fine with keeping cargo/leake, im actually helping you out more then me, it does help free a spot for CRUZ though so let me know if you want that 2-1 deal...

And I was just saying. It's one of those things I never expected. I expected him to be good as he was originally the cleanup man, but he's surpassed my expectations and it's one of those things where "you don't know what you've had until it's gone". It's just one of those things where he was automatically in my lineup every day without any thought.

But...if Cargo's knee injury is worse than it's being downplayed, I'll kill you.

Boesch hits a homer...I move up 7-6 against URISS.

Soto matches him.

Morneau homers to put me back on top.

I'm still super pissed that I benched Span for Colvin who isn't even playing.

i hope leake works out well for you, ely turned to shit once he hit ur team...   cargo is tough for me to let go of also, im losing SB's to free up a spot for CRUZ or DeLaRosa...

Yea...I hope Leake isn't what Ely turned into. Hitters just started to figure him out. But Leake has been around long enough...if guys were going to figure him out...they would have done so already.

Nah. Because then I'd second guess the trade even if he does come back. Talks are he'll be back Tuesday and it's not a DL type of injury. Worst comes to worst...he hits the DL and swaps spots with JRoll when he comes off mid-week.

I literally cannot think of who I'm going to drop to get him. Right now I'm dropping theriot which leaves me without a 2B or 3B. Nobody is really playing tomorrow so I have a day to figure shit out.

I just hope ManRam accepts the trade when he gets back later tonight so I can have my new team organized.

And Colvin, Manny and Span were all on the bench at times when they hit homers this week.
