flex option... and whos a better starter at WR???

Flex options are Mike Bell @home vs ATL
                        Felix Jones @home vs SEA
                        Austin Collie @home vs SF

Think its a toss up with Jones and Bell. Bell was NO top rusher last week and gets the ball at the goaline. But ATL D good. Felix got some carries last week seems to be option before CHOICE but still behind BARBER.

I have my top two WR on a bye week and my last options are NATE WASHINGTON or AUSTIN COLLIE. PIERRE GARCON is on the FREE AGENT list. Should I drop one of these two for GARCON or just play WASHINGTON or COLLIE?
