Forte or Lacy

Not sure why everyone ranks Forte ahead of Lacy.  It certainly is something to think about.

It does pose a question, that is correct.

Right away, if we're talking PPR then it's going to be Forte.

They both play in good offenses, have good QBs, good defenses, are coached well and coming off productive years. I am a big Lacy fan and think he could be a workhorse. He does it have many miles on him. But you must ask yourself something. You know already what to expect from Forte. He has a track record. You don't quite yet know Lacy. If you believe Lacy can produce more than Forte, ask yourself, how much more? Is that worth the risk of bypassing a commodity such as Forte?

Forgot to add that you should always tred carefully here. I&#x27;ve made mistakes being cute. Last year it was Trent Richardson. Years before I rolled the dice on Run DMC. Get yourself the more proven thing.

I&#x27;m not saying that he is not proven. What I&#x27;m saying is that Forte is more proven. There less what if. I could see Lacy get 2000 all purpose years and be the goal line guy. There is a lot of potential. I take Lacy over the proven Lynch. But Forte offers me a hit more safety and a boost in PPR.

Forte Positives:-Home run potential every time he touches the ball.  -Beast in the screen game.-No proven backup.-PPR Forte Negatives:-Terrible short yardage and goaline.-Mileage (knees especially)I lean Forte especially in PPR.  He has flourished in offenses with offensive minds that know how to utilize his talents (Tressman and Martz).

No PPR.  I am just surprised by all the Forte love.  He has been a up and down RB for years and had a major workload last year.  Lacy is young and fresh and a old school bulldozer who can also catch.  I guess I dont see the automatic bid for Forte as everyone else does.

You seem convinced on Lacy. Let me offer a piece of advice. GO WITH YOUR GUT. Generally speaking, if everyone is buying this guy, you should be on the selling side. Follow your instinct. Don't follow the heard and what every one else thinks.

2 years ago wen everyone was passing on AP. I pounced!! And won some league titles that year based on his historic run.

Follow YOUR gut not anyone elses.

Not convinced at all.  I see why Forte.  But no need to explain why.  Everyone already loves Forte.  I just think it&#x27;s about even.  Lynch ain&#x27;t even in the convo.  Way too many red flags.  It&#x27;s Forte or Lacy for me.

I think Forte is the pick here. Lacy def has the huge upside but Forte is as safe as it gets. Trent and Martin both looked cant miss and were drafted top 5 last year. Not saying Lacy will be a bust because Im pretty sure he will be a stud. I am positive Forte will be a solid RB1 at worst as long as he avoids injuires (which hes done pretty much his entire career). Just to let you know I picked Forte 5th overall in a draft yest and the guy before me to Lacy non PPR
