Is Heyward gonna be worth keeping for this year?

I&#x27;ve had a rash of injuries this week and need to pick up an OF/U. I want to keep Heyward, but I have a feeling he&#x27;s going to be too up and down. Vlad is on the WW, and with Cruz on the DL (on my team, of course) he will get OF eligibility - which is a plus. Am I being too premature to think of dropping him??? It is out of neccesity.

I have the same problem in my league but I think its best to ride him out for a few more weeks.

i have him also and im either keeping him and sticking it out or trading him for an upgrade in pitching that i really need. he's gonna have his up and downs but if you really need stats now then VLAD should get picked up.. cant you keep heyward on the Bench and drop someone else thats not meeting your expectations....

yea, i don't want to drop him, the only other guys to drop would be Billy Butler or Justin Duchserer (i have a strong pitching staff)

lol, two mins later, i think i&#x27;m gonna drop Butler..I&#x27;ll have two bench guys (Heyward and Vlad - one of them to replace Cruz right now) - pitching is more important in my league, anyway.
