What's your opinion of this guy? Picked him up last year and he was a nice fill-in. Was expecting big things from him this year. Brees really seems to like him. Of course he didn't catch any of Brees' 6 tds week 1. Who do you like week 2 Moore or Cotchery?

I can give you an argument for both sides . First I'm assuming that your not planning on dropping either one, rather just deciding who to start.
1- Lance Moore plays on a team with the #1 offence the #1 fantasy QB both pluses.
2- Lance Moore plays on a team with so many offensive weapons that he,s the #3 receiver on the depth charts. Even though a 3 in N.O. is like a 2 anywhere else .Negative
1- Jericho Cotchery is the #1 receiver on pretty good team, going against a good team with a lousy defence. Plus
2- Jericho Cotchery plays for a team with a rookie Q.B. My guess is the Jets will try to control the clock as much as they can to keep Brady & Moss off the field . Negatives.
While I can see the NWE/NYJ game staying under the total . I,m expecting a shootout between NOR/PHL and because of that I would start Moore .
Good Luck,
Hope this helps

I'm going to stick with Moore. I'm playing the worst team in my league so hopefully it won't make a difference either way (famous fantasy football last words I know)

Just don't see any value in Lance Moore at all. He got all those TD's last year with Colston out. Brees throws to way too many different receivers. I'm not even sure you can call him the 3rd option on that offense. In fact, they spread it around so much that I have a tough time differentiating between Moore, Meachem, Henderson, and to an extent even Colston. I wouldn't want any of those guys. Too much uncertainty there. Plus, I think people are too high on that Saints offense this week. Philly in the Linc isn't quite the Lions at home.
Cotchery should be good for around 6 targets every week. I know he isn't a very sexy play, but usually solid.
Moore offers higher reward, but higher risk.

Dont lose sight that Moore only played 23 snaps last game Compared to Colston's 45 and Henderson 42. He was hardly on the field. He seemed like he was a more of a 4th receiver after Meachem. He saw two targets, he may have 1 or two decent weeks....but I don't see much of an upside to him at all. Just my thoughts...
