Should I give up Daniel Thomas and David Nelson for Willis McGahee and Sidney Rice?

I've been holding onto Daniel Thomas since the draft thinking he would eventually produce and I feel like he'll be a big fantasy contributor by the end of the season.

12 team league and Thomas is my #1 back (sad I know...)

Any help would be appreciated.
