Hey guys, need as many points as I can get this week, and am absolutely sick of getting 0 points with Brent Celek. He got 1 catch for less than 10 yards in a game where Philly scored over 50 points .
Some decent waiver wire pickups right now.
Fasano vs. Bears. Too risky for me. Has done nothing this year until last week, and is fat off a big contract extension this week. It was noted that Thigpen threw his way the entire game last week. May be worth a shot, but I dunno Thigpen's tendencies.
Watson vs. Jags. Solid option, but probably will only amount to about 6 points. He's the brown's best receiver, but that's not saying much, even vs a terrible pass defense like jax.
Gresham vs. Buffalo. I personally think it was a flukey week. Too many weapons for Cincy.
Kevin Boss and Andrew Quarless. Both hurt, I don't really want to drop a player for them if they might not even play.
Right now I'm taking a high-risk high-reward pick with Delanie Walker. The guy leads the team in receiving both games since Troy Smith became QB. I'm a bit weary though with primary weapon being Gore, and primary target being Davis, with playmaker Crabtree.
I know yahoo projections sometimes are completely off, but Walker is only projected 2 points this week vs. a weak TB defense. Who would you guys pick?
And while I'm at it.....
Knox @ Miami or Mike Thomas vs. Cleveland?

as far as TE goes... i like gresham out of all those but thats not really saying much (think they are all pretty even). i would follow gates progress throughout the week to see if mcmichael is gonna play.

Lined up in the crosshairs a season-high seven times in Week 10, he
grabbed five passes for 81 yards and a score, his second consecutive
game with a touchdown. Since Smith isn't expected back until early
December, consistent top-10 efforts are likely for Boss, especially this
week against Philadelphia. Tight ends have averaged five receptions for
61.3 yards per game and splashed pay dirt five times against the Eagles
this season, equal to the fifth-most fantasy points allowed.

i feel ya on that man, he has been a huge dissapointment this year.. 1 catch and ZERO TD'S when the Birds offense scored 49 is ridiculous.. i just think he'll have a good game as soon as i sit him and since my team is 2nd to last im just keeping him in there but you seem to need the points so i would say watson or boss.. eagles give up alot to opposing TE's as mentioned in post #4.
GL to you..

well unless you have already made your pickup I would say Boss - if he's healthy with injuries to Smith and Barden he will be relied on Watson - is the obvios choice
