Not sure how i'm going to pick?

Still don&#x27;t have our draft positon yet.  Will find out probably Saturday or Sunday.  In a 12 man league, non ppr.  Seeing a lot of articles where some experts are saying there will be a large increase in QB&#x27;s going in first round since last year top QB&#x27;s tore it up.  Not sure if I should go that route or go Receiver first.

Draft best available player and also make a list of players to avoid. That&#x27;s crucial. Don&#x27;t get stuck getting a guy because he&#x27;s the "highest rated." Especially when your gut tells you to avoid. I painfully learned this during the Peyton Hillis era.

I had Peyton Hillis the first year he tore things up.  I never had him after that.  Do you know a good site with recommendations (players to get, avoid, etc...)?

What I do is look at the playoff weeks.  My playoffs are all week 15 and 16.  Looks at the matchups.  Cross off who you don&#x27;t want and don&#x27;t pick them just becaue of value.

Hey Thom, PM your email address and Ill send you a copy of my rankings. Atleast from last year I haven&#x27;t finished mine just yet for 2014. I do my rankings up to 150, by round, and there are three columns. On the left is a green colored column of target players. These are the guys I want. No question. The center column is yellow and it lists guys who are draft able, but come with some question marks and aren&#x27;t as highly targeted by me as the green guys. And last is the right column of guys in red. These guys are ones I like to avoid. For example, I may have Marshawn Lynch ranked as my 8th best player, but he would be in the red column. Previous red column guys may have incuded Run DMC and last year Steven Ridley.

Also, pick yourself up an old print magazine. I use Pro Football Weekly (might have been renamed with year). But its a damn good source with lots of info.

Ball,Lynch, and Forte has bad matchups week 15 and 16.  Mccoy, Has the best 15,16 matchups. and Charles has some good ones too. Jimmy Graham, Dez Bryant, Buffalo RB&#x27;s, Detroit Rb&#x27;s, GB wide recievers, Giants and Jets RB&#x27;s all have great matchups.  This is just to name a few.

I think there is a lot of QB depth in the mid rounds. Cutler and Rivers especially ranked 9 and 11.I plan on drafting both and take a peek at their playoff matchups..Dallas, Detroit.

In a standard league, non ppr.  Did one mock draft so far and Peyton and Brees went in the first round.  I just got our draft order and i&#x27;m #4
