Playoff Draft. Who would you take?

My league redrafts for the playoffs. 1 QB, 2RB, 3 WR, and K. You have to freeze one player. My options are Grant or Gates. I locked up the number 1 pick so who would you take? It looks like Rivers, Manning, and Brees will all be available.

without knowing the playoff scenerios it's tough to pick who you should draft. only piece of advice I can give is don't go for the smoking team entering the playoffs (ie...San Diego, they are still playoff choke artists).

I guess my lean is with Grant...if GB can protect Rodgers the packers will be really tough to beat. 1st pick, I'd take Manning, Clark, Wayne...superbowl goes thru Indy this year and they'll put up points IMO.

yeah grant seems to be getting a bunch of tds and they are giving him more carries
