they are certainly worth drafting,, the question when in the draft....personally rios is not high on my radar, mayb he has a bounce back year but i wouldnt reach for him when you got the reimolds, borbons, willingham, rasmus, gutierrez all available in late rounds, especially in a 10 team league.....its tough to get a feel though for your draft...i guess my point is you wont be missing out if you dont get them, look for the best player each round to address any issues you have.......josh willingham is going last in about every league ive done and hes a solid 25 hr guy, my personal sleeper.....james shields i like but not as much as i used to.

juan rivera, corey hart are also going very very late ive noticed....so try to get a stud or 2 in the OF early then just wait til 16th rd to fill it in....ive been going super power first 3 picks...then load up on best pitchers you can....gallardo, wainwright, carpenter, nolasco, dela rosa, jimenez, brett anderson are great picks past the 4th rd through the 9th...if u get 3 of those you go back to some bats......evereth cabrera is a great guy you can wait on, also seems like alexei ramirez going late....if i dont get a stud closer early, i grab 2 in rd 13/14 usually...it all depends how your draft is going though...see if you can manipulate what people pick, throw em off...k im done just had 2 really good drafts this weekend so im pumped.
