I'm in a PPR league in which any KIck Returns and/or punt returns count by the Offensive Player in addition to any Rushing Attempts , pass catches .. think Sproles or Dexter Mccluster , who I have off waivers.
Anyway, I traded Rashard Mendenhall for Cam Newton and Cj Spiller...
My QB is Dirty Mark Sanchez but my back up was Luke McCown .. I dumped Andy Dalton last week.
Now I can put both Sanchez and Newton in at a Flex spot and either Spiller or McCluster at RB ...
My WR /TE are Anquan Boldin, Andre JOhnson, PLax Burress, and Jimmy Graham.
THoughts on the trade

Do you have Sproles or Spiller? Or both? I like Sproles a lot more. He should be a fine option in PPR leagues.
If I'm understanding this correctly, you can start a QB in your flex? So you can start Sanchez & Newton? If so, then having 2 QBs you can start is probably a better option than most RBs & WRs. Besides, Mendy's value takes a substantial hit in PPR leagues.
