never done ppr but i would go harvin or moore. there's this site fftoolbox they show all kinds of stuff start him, sit, upgrades, down grades, weekly rankings, ppr watch, pick-ups of the week. they also show easiest up coming match-ups

Drew Brees loves Lance Moore, and so should fantasy owners (especially those in point-per-reception formats). Moore caught seven passes for 54 yards and one touchdown in the New Orleans Saints' victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Halloween night. Was Moore's performance a trick or treat? It wasn't a trick, but the touchdown certainly was an unexpected treat, especially since it came over the middle in the red-zone. Moore is a smaller slot receiver, whose precise route-running makes him a matchup nightmare for opposing linebackers and safeties.

Moore has been quiet in recent weeks, so this latest performance has his fantasy stock on the rise once again. He isn't an every week starter in most leagues, but he is a decent option in point-per-reception formats if you get into a jam with bye-weeks or injuries.

He's really good and they are playing the cowboys. Unless some freak accident happens, if David garrard can throw 4 TDs and run for 1, Id think that is equivalent to Aaron Rodgers throwing 9 tds and 2 rushing tds. lol

I like Jacoby Jones , he is the Kick Returner and SD may have the worst Special Teams ive ever seen, so he gots double value.
