This is the bet I was looking for, check out this stat on PK's:

The United States has been awarded a penalty kick in 3.4% of its World Cup Games, while Ghana has earned a PK in more than 55% of the time! While it is a small sample size still, consider this, Germany has taken only 9 PK's in WC Matches, 4 more than Ghana, but Germany will play it's 100th WC game today versus Portugal.  Got to take this shot.
