Not sure who will win, but, Portugal in my mind will go far..
The national team will be playing with a heavy heart, due to the loss of Eusebio, majority of this team will have experienced having the Black Panther at past tournaments, thus coming to the realization that he is no longer with us.. his presence in the locker room, in the stands cheering his country on, it will be missed from the players, and most noteably Cristiano Ronaldo, who built a very strong relationship with him.
The Defence is second to none, and have been together for a few years, the chemistry is top notch, all 4 (pereira, pepe, alves, coentrao) are all still active, and have had success together as a unit.
The midfield is one of the most hard working units in national futebol, and unfortunately, meireles is getting up there in age.. he is likely to be one of the first subs on a game to game basis.. on the bright side, this crop of players is the deepest Portugal has been blessed with for some time.
The biggest question marks for this team.. Nani? can he regain form prior to the tournament?
If not, does the resurrgence of Quaresma qualify him as a replacement to Nani?
I personally believe so.. It would appear Quaresma has finally.. FINALLY.. realized he is no longer a 'superstar' and he must take a backseat to Cristiano, his work rate with Porto since the transfer is second to none and still posseses one of the more deadly crosses/shots in the game.
The fact many do not expect much from Portugal this time around will only benefit them.

You need Nuno Gomes, Gomes is champion

O Polvo will be starting as trinco. FIFA approval should be in very soon.

Brazil 3/1 Argentina 5/1 Germany 11/2 Spain 7/1 Belgium 16/1 France 20/1 Italy 25/1 Uruguay 28/1 England 33/1 Columbia 33/1 Portugal 33/1
Belgium way too short. Looks good on paper but unproven pedigree from their players. No true superstar but hasn't really impressed as a team. Not much value in the market at all though Portugal does look a touch too big in comparison given they should handle the heat and humidity better then other Europeans. But tough group for them and they're not heavy scorers meaning they could conceivably draw all three group games!
I expect the usual suspects in the top four in the market to be thereabouts but all are priced just about right. Don't think this is a market I will be getting heavily involved in. PErhaps a ton on Brazil.

Brazil worthy favourites at 3/1 over here though.

Anyone who thinks that Brazil will not win this World Cup need their heads examined. Teams from Europe NEVER win the cup when it's held in South America. Getting 3-1 on Brazil is a total steal. I'm heading to Vegas and betting 2k on Brazil in as may sportsbooks as possible. Good luck to all!!!
