Keep in mind though that my weight can fluctuate pretty easily. For example, I weighed myself Thursday morning and was 188, which also happened to be the first time I've been under 190 in probably over a year. I was pretty happy that the running and working out has been paying off. Well this weekend was nothing but non-stop drinking and eating. I haven't drank that much beer since college. To top it off, we stop and eat at a buffet at one of the Biloxi casinos on the way home. Arrive home late Sunday night and I weighed in at 196! 8 lbs gained over the weekend, lol!! I figured a lot of is was water weight, and I was right. Monday morning, I weighed 192.
So, instead of eating meals this week, I started juicing and would have a large cup of veggie/fruit juice for my meal. Since I work out, I still do a protein shake after my work outs. Not sure if this goes against the rules of juice fasts, but I needed those protein shakes. I weight myself this morning (Wednesday), and I'm sitting at 186. 48 hours and I lose 6 lbs! I'm pretty excited about this as I've been trying to get back to my "fighting weight" of 176. I'll fill you guys in after the 10 days and let you know how it went.
