Fried the first stage of my Test is stairmaster for 4 minuets with 75lbs on and i can't touch the rails-------- it F's me up after that there is 7 more events with 50lbs it not a walk in the park but i get threw it, the problem is that first event my legs are jello after it

Lungs too
but my legs feel like there gonna snap- after the first even't you have to keep moving if i try to stop walking everything gets tight automaticaly, realy bad- it's something that helps with the other events knowing that you stoping will make the pain worse sadly in the 2nd part we get down on one knee, getting back up from that with 50 still on sucks

i go to a practice test group on saturdays
1st event 75lbs vest, the other 50lbs
it's not lungs you lay hose and then get down on one knee and pull it back

Working out with some weighted lunges will definately make that test easier.
Also some lower back work (core) if have time to prepare. Maybe some deadlifts and back extensions

No clue on cold vs hot...... Just don't overdo it with the amount of weight. Get a comfy weight and push the reps before push the weight.

Pretty much all you need for quad resistance/strength....... Sprints for hams........ call weight training a day.
Still gotta do agility, flexibility, and endurance stuff tho.
