Very creative. The flavor combos look interesting. The textures seem a little strange though. Hard to visualize the cheese and celery being melted in there but probably comes out okay.
Would definately toast that bread though. And then probably put the buffalo chicken on top of it and then broil/bake that cheese on top and then smash it all together.

almost every sandwich i've bought from a grocery store (especially walmart) ended up being horrible. 90% bread, 4% meat, 4% cheese, and 2% lettuce.
nothing i hate worse than no meat on a sandwich, it just makes me want to slap the hell outta the cheap asshole who acts like he can't afford to put anything more on a sandwich besides bread and lettuce

Corned Beef, pastrami, cole slaw, and russian dressing on rye is one the greatest sandwiches I have ever eaten. I always get that at any NY delicatessen.
