Couple of people finally talked me into it. Quads have been constantly sore so giving it a shot. Been on it for just over a week as directed.

Question, do you notice any side effects? Feel bloated and short on appetite sometimes, not sure if that is common. Other than that the stuff definitely has potential.

Yep, that seems to be where I`m heading also. Strength an size climbing fast. Good to hold some water because I run a lot of stairs alternated with sprints after weights. Stomach bloat seems to be going away as I adjust to the stuff.

8 weeks and wrap it up.

What are you using? I used to experience all of that years ago when creatine was creatine and that was what you dealt with.  They have different forms and qualities now. I don't know the lingo but I use Krealkyn Pro (sp?) now and don't deal with a single side effect.

Fitness Labs German creatine. Comes highly recommended from some of the expert guys that are really in the know about it.. Real good product and pure without the mixtures the japanese drop in there. K Jack is the big talk among a couple of guys as a real intense pure mixture. Has 60mgs caffiene in it though so not for me. Caffiene makes me sick and nervous.

The bloated feeling in my stomach goes away as long as I wait 30-40 minutes before warming up.

Yes I usually take half the suggested amount on the days I have off.  I usually only have 1 or maybe 2 days off though.  The key is to cycle off for a while. Continued, constant use isn't as effective as cycling on and off.

    Figured.

They say 12 weeks. I`ll go 8 weeks instead. The body will adjust to anything and then you get no response.

Key is days off as you say. That takes discipline. 2, 3 or even a week. Come back and the muscles are shocked into response again.

They say 12 weeks. I`ll go 8 weeks instead. The body will adjust to anything and then you get no response.

Key is days off as you say. That takes discipline. 2, 3 or even a week. Come back and the muscles are shocked into response again.

Bro, try Purple K. Its a Kre-Alkalyn which is basically a substance that is the same as creatine but no bloating, shits or water retention.

I used creatine before and had great results but it would mess with my stomach and retains a lot of water.

I found out about Purple K from the guys at the gym and its great. There is no loading and, apparently, no cycling required....but I still cycle 3 months.

Another guy at the gym said the white grape juice really speeds the absorbtion as well. Have to try that.

3 weeks in and deep sixing it. Creatine is not for me. 225 lean, now 220 freakish contest lean. There's caffiene in this crap. Kills the appetite and sets you up for over train.

Worth a try though..interesting the shit they sell.

Your body naturally produces creatine.  The majority of the weight people gain on creatine is temporary water weight.  It can help you make some decent strength gains in a short period of time, but tend to wear off the second you take a month off of lifting.  There are much better supplements out there for creatine depending on your goals... and unless you have a creatine deficiency than the supplement is more or less a waste of money.

From what I learned from taking it, and I'm by no means an expert, is that if you take creatine monohydrate(i.e. cell tech) you will absorb lots of water. You will also see temporary gains in strenght and size due to water absorption. Once you get off of it for a month or so, you go back to the starting point. This all happened for me as well.

Now if you take creatine ethyl ester(big difference in the two apperantley) you won't see any of that water absorption. I wish I could tell you why but I'm no scientist. Ethyl Ester is the way to go. Look for it in the ingredients section. I know that N.O. Explode has it. I used to take that and loved it. Great boost of caffiene in the A.M. and made me shit like clockwork. I'm not saying you have to use N.O. Explode but that was my go to supplement. Definitely saw increase in strenght and desired body size.

    Good read as well.

This stuff just stripped me down to lean. Frustrating when that`s not what my goal is. Gertting lean is the easy part...naturally.

Plan was to get up to 230 lean and work off of that. Creatine knocked me back 4 pound. All a science and keeps us interested in toying with the engine, so to speak.
