Here&#x27;s one to buy someone you don&#x27;t like. It&#x27;s called a Cement Mixer:&#xD;&#xA;One shot of Baileys, and one shot of lime juice - both in seperate shot glasses. &#xD;&#xA;Get the &#x27;victim&#x27; to drink both shots at the same time. The Bailey&#x27;s will instantly curdle with the lime juice, causing the person to spit it out and blow chunks of it all over the bar...

[/Quote]I think I have had something like that but it was called the "brain tumor"... becasue when it curdled it made a chunk that was like the size and feeling of what you would think a brain tumor would be like...

I think what you are referring to is a "brain hemorrhage". I learned to make this at my local bar a while back.  You also pour in a little grenadine and it looks like what appears to be a small brain oozing blood. Or maybe its a variation of what you had.

Here is a link. The way we made it takes a careful hand but you can get it to look like a mini brain with the grenadine floating around it. Looks crazy.
