I used to be a fitness trainer before I went back to school. You cannot add muscle and lose fat at the same time. It is possible, but very hard to do under strict conditions. Genetics also plays a big role. You need excess calories to add muscle.
Best option for you is to bulk up eating 300-500 calories above your maintenance, and when you have the mass you want, cut 500 a day. Just make sure to get 1g protein per lean body mass.

im 6-3 190....and me and everyone around me thinks im skinny. I have skinny legs but wide shoulders good upper body muscles ( chest ) but i hate the stomach fat. I dont have any right under my chest, my abbs are showing ( just the 3 vertical lines all the way down to the umbilical but the horizontal ones to separate the abbs.... After the umbilical its all fat :(
i want to go around 200, so i work hard at the gym i eat alot but i really need to cut my stomach fat...i was told that i cant do both at the same time. So, now im gaining mass and after i will cut it.
I eat sunflower seeds ofter, maybe 30gr/day but i also eat alot of carbs - potatoes, fruit, white bread, cakes, icecream and stuff....
whats the connection between fiber and carbs? Do they cancel each other?

since im from a country where i can imagine eating something without bread, can i just put the slices of bread in a toaster? will that kill the carbs in it? may sound stupid but i really need a replacement for white bread

Hmm ok yeah the 1 g of fiber cancels out 1g of carb. so if something has 15g of carb and 6g of fiber it really only has 9g of carb.
Yeah cut that stuff out, try eating whole eat bread its what I do also, I dont touch, rice, pasta, or potatoes. Its tough but its only for the summer!
Also another myth that people don't understand about weightlifting is that there is no such thing as spot reduction or toning. low weight and high reps for 'toned' muscle doesn't exist. Additionally, you can't just simply do ab exercises to get your abs chizzled same thing goes for dumbbell presses for chest muscles you have to do compound exercises like squats, bench presses, deadlifts, overhead presses, and a few isolation exercises with ab exercises mixed in but they're not the sole focus of losing that abdominal fat.
