I’ve got an Orion charcoal smoker that utilizes convection to cook your choice of meat. It is outstanding for Thanksgiving turkeys, as it can cook a 12-15 pound bird to perfection in under 2 hours. It creates a great smoky flavor, and so far, the large majority of things I have cooked have been juicy.
When I am too lazy to use the smoker, I cook fish and most wild game on a Traeger grill. Either way, I spend a decent majority of time on the internet looking up recipes for rubs and sauces. Cooking was a great way to kill time in 2020.

It's a propane burner and deep fat fries a whole turkey in 45 minutes. Of course he pops that out when we make bean hole beans. In a pot hurried in ashes from hardwood underground over night...
I am sure entirely different story...

I have a weber 3 burner grill. Butterball electric turkey fryer and masterbuilt electric smoker.
Use the smoker a lot. Brisket, ribs, jerky, burgers, pork butt, turkey, even steaks. The last brisket smoked low and slow at 225 took about 14 hours and was so moist and tender. Ribs,I do the 3-2-1 method. Its so easy.

It is almost BBQ season again for me. I don't like being out in the cold so I don't do much in the winter but soon as the temps are in the '50s+, I get my meats going again. Nothing beats it. I don't know how there are people out there who never grill.

I grill at least five days a week. Sometimes using an electric, others a gas grill, still others charcoal and of course wood. A lot of snowbirds buy new ones each season and discard them prior to leaving after using them only a season - great way to have an assortment.
Far as foods go, it's the full gamet (breakfast through dinner). Right now on a grilled pizza kick. What I've noticed is they taste slightly different on each type of grill and of course I use a pizza stone.

I'm all about a good pellet grill. It’s super easy to use and gives that perfect smoky flavor without much fuss. I usually stick to wood pellets—cherry or hickory are my go-tos. As for grilling, I’m big on ribs and brisket, but burgers and veggies get a regular spot too. Even in winter, there's nothing better than firing up the grill and getting that smoky aroma going!

I love grilling! Well... I guess I should say I love eating what comes off the grill, haha! I'll do the prep, my guy does the grilling. Not much on too much sauce - only for very specific things (like ribs and chicken), and it has to the right sauce, with just the right mix of a little bit of sweet with a little bit of savory spice/heat. But just on ribs or chicken. DO NOT sauce up my grilled steak. That should be kept to a simple salt rub mix, and it needs to be mid-rare. I do actually prefer to pan-sear my steaks - I have it down to a science. Dang, now I'm hungry!
