I'm looking just for energy before a workout, I'm not looking to gain a lot of muscle mass - if anything I want to lose some weight. I recently have changed jobs and my commute time has more than tripled. Working out in the morning or after work is the last thing on my mind when I get home. I want to find something to push me toward the gym door.
Also, how fast does it work? Take it 30 min or an hour before the gym??
