Wtf. I'm warm, start light and move to the 4th set max weight which is not all that heavy for me. Then the left ham goes, then the right on the next set...workout is over.
Heavey squats no problem, leg press none.
Frustrating as all hell - any suggestions?

Wtf. I'm warm, start light and move to the 4th set max weight which is not all that heavy for me. Then the left ham goes, then the right on the next set...workout is over.
There are many exercises that I had to dump because of strain, usually on my joints (had to stop squating after ACL reconstruction, quit military presses after massive joint pain, etc).
It's just not worth it to keep butchering your body. Find other exercises to hit that body part.
Your body will thank you, especially when you get older.
