brief overview- At my house I have a squat rack(can use for pullups), an adjustable bench, and all free weights. Also have the p90x videos and some of their bands.. I work out on n off so I dont need a beginning routine but I just need something to get me back to working out hard.(hence, to stop the off/on bullshit)
I have access to a Planet Fitness 3 days a week, WED/THUR/FRI only.
So for some of the workout warriors out there, with my random different options(if you have time) draw me out a workout program.
I've been just going thru the motions, actually put on like 15-20 pounds I dont want etc.
add any supplements you would recommend etc.

just do the P90X videos, takes all the decision making out of the process. i did the videos and they work exceptionally well. you do have to stick with it, but the results will be there.
