Big fan of hot sauce and use it on just about everything. My personal favorite is Marie Sharp's (which I found out about on a trip to Belize, and have been ordering it online since) Also use a lot of Blair's and Tobasco products. Anyone know of any small name companies out there that make good hot sauces?
Also if you are a fan of spicy food you have to try Blair's Habanero Potato Chips and Mama Zuma's Revenge Potato Chips. They are awesome.

I tried it and was hooked (It must have crack in it). Has a really nice bite to it but not overpoweringly hot. I swear by this sauce and anybody I have had try it gets hooked. Even my daughter who does not like spicy food uses it for the flavor.

dl36... I grew habanero's last year and they are pretty much uneatable straight up. Habanero pepper sauces are good in my opinion, but eating them straight up... they are damn hot.
Definitely gonna try a few of the ones people listed here.

I remember a bet once in college for a guy who thought he was tough and for like $35 (a few guys pitched in $5) daring him to eat a whole habenero..
I wish we had a camera because it was hilarious watching him try to rinse his mouth out with water then a whole jug of milk...
Those two sauces are Asian and Mexican so you might try to use them to accompany complimentary foods...
If you ever get Thai or Indian curry and feel it is too mild, the Sriracha will give it the heat you want and bring out the flavor...
The Tapatio I use in marinades, but I can also eat straight up with tortilla chips.. Both are good on Pizza...
I used to use vinegar sauces like the red hot, Tabasco but found that once I started using larger amounts of hot sauce (table spoons) in marinades and making my own sauces the vinegar was too strong and became an unwanted ingredient..
I still think that fresh japenos are a good alternative to hot sauce if you are into fresh... Better then jarred and no added ingredients (salt, preservatives etc)...
So I often mince jalapenos really finely and add it to stir fry or even to a bland salsa...
I also cut jalapenos length wise and add them to sandwiches and burgers and has now become a option for us like lettuce, tomato and onions.

dinosaur barbque devils duel. i too, am a huge fan of hot sauce. This stuff has the perfect mix of heat and flavor. Its hot, but not too hot where you cant enjoy it. go through a bottle a month easy. you can definately order it online too.

I was at a mexican restaurant (that caters to non-mexicans) so nothing was spicy in any way... I went for my usual tapatio which I would recommend for mexican/hispanic, but I also tried the smoked chipotle tabasco and it was a decent match with mexican food...
I tried the chipotle tabasco on pizza and did not like it... But with a chimichanga and tamales it was a good match...
Matching sauces with food is what it is all about...
