When they go on sale at the market... usually 2 bunches for a buck... I grab 4 and clean them up... cut of the leafs and store them in a plastic container. They last almost two weeks that way in the fridge.

As a kid, my Dad would put very thin slices or real butter from a stick onto bakery fresh sliced rye bread... then salt and top it with thin slices of radishes.

I learned alot from my Dad... especially how to cook. He use to say... "If you want to eat good... Learn how to cook good."

I still make meals that he taught me how to make that he had learned from the old country in Europe.

I miss ya Dad.
