Yeah, most places serve it too wet and sweet. There is GOOD slaw out there if you look around. Lot of barbecue joints know how to make it right...... dry as a bone and finely, finely chopped.

Okay Apache, here is how you get rid of that leftover chicken......
Sweat some onion and Poblano (not Bell). By the way, it has no more heat than a piece of celery. Add your leftover chicken but shred it nicely and white meat is always better. Hit it with some chicken stock and can spice it you feel like it but doesn't need much. Could throw some tomatoes in there but don't go crazy with them.
