that is the diagnosis, i am out for 4-6 weeks according to doc. must be very careful to not walk on it for at least 2-3 weeks to avoid surgery.
i am on pain killers, he gave me a cortisone shot which made it feel better instantly, and i am walking around in surgical shoe for 2-3 weeks.
my next check up is in 10 days.
i can only lift weight sitting or laying down.
